Policy

1. Booking & Scheduling
Content Creation: Please book at least 2 weeks in advance.

Event Curation: Please book at least 6–8 weeks in advance.

Social Media Management: Can be booked anytime, but planning and strategy may require additional time.

Bookings are confirmed once the invoice and deposit are received.

2. Payment
A 30% deposit is required via e-transfer to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or project delivery.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Content Creation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date.

Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date.

Social Media Management: Any changes to scope or scheduling should be communicated at least 1 week in advance.

4. Content Ownership & Usage
Gratio retains copyright to all content until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the content for agreed-upon purposes.

Gratio reserves the right to use content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
